General Pediatric Neurology

Neurology is the medical specialty dealing with disorders of the nervous system. The nervous system encompasses the brain, spine and autonomic nervous system which extend to the nerves, blood vessels and muscles. Neurologists complete at least 13 years of college and medical school education, clinical training and then many continue to finish a 1 or 2 year fellowship.

Our pediatric neurologists are trained in the diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of neurological disorders. They continue to educate themselves on the latest techniques and diagnostic equipment to provide your child with the best care possible.

Several of our treatment programs feature a multidisciplinary approach that may include professionals from nutrition, psychology, neurosurgery and speech, occupational and physical therapy.
